How these prices were set
Essentials includes core payroll, so it is priced above Zoho People's HR-only entry and in line with the ₹99-per-employee figure cited for Keka, well below BambooHR. Professional is about 1.8× that for the hiring, performance, learning, statutory payroll, and analytics suite. Enterprise starts at $8 / ₹350, the same published floor as Factorial's Core plan. On-premise deployment is scoped on top of the per-employee rate. INR list prices exclude GST. Invoices add 18%: CGST 9% and SGST 9% when the billing state is Maharashtra, otherwise IGST 18%. USD invoices are exports of services at 0% GST. SAC 997331.
